Primrose of Rogers

The staff at Primrose loves my Dad like he is their family. They have an excellent community and truly care about their residents. Between events, outings, friendships - my dad has made an incredible life. He has high needs and they handle all of it with grace and compassion. If I could rate primrose a 10 I would!

Primrose is so deserving of 5 stars! The staff is so friendly and helpful, always putting the needs of the residents above all else. They treat each resident like family. I am so grateful my Mom is there. They love on her in so many ways. They provide so many fun activities and celebrations that brings so much joy! This is a great place!!

Primrose provided exceptional and compassionate care for my dad. The skilled nursing staff was excellent in their care, understanding of dementia patients, and their individual needs. (As a family member- the nursing staff goes out of their way to welcome you and support you throughout your love ones care). They made extraordinary efforts in making sure my dad was comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms are very clean and 5 star quality accommodations. The chief’s food preparation is 5 star quality as well and allows for resident’s personal choices and dietary needs to be considered. The Primrose’s Director Temeka and Sales Manager Marissa delivered and surpassed all the services promised. They are upfront, fair, and transparent in all services and charges. Our family would highly recommend this location for a personal choice as a retirement community or family member in need of assistance. Great people throughout this community!

My dad has lived at Primrose for a little over a year. We have been very happy. As with anything there have been bumps in the road. However the leadership is kind and considerate of our family. They are available, ready to listen and respond. They seem to truly have my dad’s best at heart. The Nursing & CNA staff amaze me by doing all they can to help my dad ( all residents) feel loved and cared for. They are there for him medically but so much more. They will sit and have conversations with him, brush his hair, give him a hug and then give him a reason to laugh. I could go on and on. The Activity staff are always on the go. From Christmas lights, museum trips, and even taking time to visit with dad about his life. Primrose has been such a positive place for our family. They obviously are not perfect, nor am I, but they have given our family such peace as they care for dad. They respect and love him in this season of his life and for that we are grateful!!Thank You, Primrose!

Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care and community my great-grandmother, Ruth, has found at Primrose. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is great and truly treats every resident like family. The activities and events keep her engaged and happy, and they even have events that my 3 year old daughter can enjoy!! Knowing my great grandmother is surrounded by such a supportive and caring environment gives our entire family incredible peace of mind.
