My father loves his new friends, big apartment, and sense of freedom at Primrose. From meals to medicine, the staff are professional and respectful. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move him there. Lori Macy

My father was a resident at Primrose for the final year and a half of his life. He loved the staff, made friends, was active and involved with Bingo, exercise classes and special events. It was not just the place he lived, it was his home. The care he was provided by the staff was excellent. The love and compassion the staff showed my father was deep and authentic. I am truly grateful for this wonderful community.

My wife and I have been so blessed by the Lord for providing for both our mothers through the Primrose Community. They truly care about those that they serve and that love is extended to visiting families. May God continue to bless Primrose, the staff, the members, and families seeking help to take care of their loved ones.

Why would you fire the Best Sales person we have had in years. He brought in new residents, more than we have had in a long time. You have made us look like the messed up community we are the whole place is falling apart. Apartments in horrible shape. Had a sales person doing a great job and you fire him you should be ashamed. Alot of us are planning on moving out.

My dad has been here 3 years now, being one of the first to move in after opening. At first, he loved it, loved the food, people, etc. Now, he prefers to eat take out food, cereal for dinner, or meals that a friend brings over. Food has been his main, really only, complaint for past 2 years. I've called, written to owner, managers, and everyone I could think of, always get lip service, but no improvements that dad can notice. I know you can't please everyone all of the time. But dad was used to home cooked meals, seasoned, and hot. He does not get that anymore. I always try to join him for a meal when I visit. Cold chili, cold oatmeal, not many choices. When he first moved in, we would all eat in the dining room - varied menu, great food, excellent service. Now, we go to Braums and bring in burgers (well, not really, but we don't head to the dining room to share a good meal). Staff has turnover - used to everyone knew dad, me, kids, etc..... Now, I don't know any of them..... never a manager on duty on weekends when I'm there. Not sure there even IS a manager full time here anymore, I can't compare to others, but for the cost, the food should definitely be higher quality, prepared professionally, and served HOT. The facility is nice - pub, movie room, exercise room, and guest rooms (2) for when I visit... but I would move dad if I didn't think it would upset his routine. Shop carefully!
