Primrose Retirement Community

Beautiful facility. Staff genuinely care about those they serve. Their desire is to offer excellence through the love they exhibit, calm environment they create, and intentional partnerships they develop in the community for the benefit of those within their shared community.

Stephanie and her staff at Primrose provided the best care in town. My mother was a resident and she had the most amazing service in her latter days of life. Love all the staff and residents at Primrose!

Primrose is an exceptional community with unmet compassion. You can tell every staff member in the building truly cares about the residents. Stephanie always has time for any staff member, resident or their visitors. The atmosphere speaks volumes to the staff and leadership. They are always having fun events the residents actually enjoy. I cannot think of a better place for family.

Primrose is the most welcoming, homely feeling building I’ve toured in a while! The building smells wonderful as soon as you hit the entryway. The Executive Director Stephanie, is AMAZING! She was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the building and everything the facility offers, as well as having helpful information for moving concerns I had. The staff were very polite and friendly. While on my tour, numerous employees stopped and said Hello. I would recommend this building for anyone looking for something in independent/assisted living either for themselves or for a family member!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose Retirement Community. My mom is in independent living here, and the level of care and compassion she has received has been truly exceptional. All of the staff, especially Tiffany (the director) and Hannah (nurse), have gone above and beyond in supporting my mom through some challenging times, even when they didn’t have to. Personally taking time out of their weekend to make sure her needs are met, is only a touch on what they have done.Their kindness and dedication have made such a difference in her experience. Additionally, they have been incredibly accommodating to me whenever I visit. On short notice, they made a suite available for me, ensuring I had a comfortable place to stay. The facility itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities, engaging activities, and a warm, welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a retirement community for a loved one, I highly recommend Primrose. The care, attention, and sense of community here are truly outstanding. I wanted to add, I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy a couple of meals here, and they have been both delicious and nutritious. The chef does a wonderful job creating well-balanced meals, and the quality of the food has been excellent! My mom has been commenting how much she enjoys the meals very much!
