PRIMROSE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY OF MANSFIELD

The staff at Primrose Mansfield is absolutely incredible. My parents have been living there since January. Sadly, my mom passed away in May, but my dad is still there. The care and compassion the nursing staff gave my mom her final months and days was truly above and beyond. The entire staff really cares about the residents overall well being, health, and safety. They immediately get to know residents and they love and care for them like family. We are so grateful for each and every one of them. The building has a bright, inviting and updated interior with the great amenities. They have numerous daily activities for residents to keep them active and engaged. My dad's favorites are the weekly euchre games and ice cream socials. He also enjoys the lunch outings and mystery rides. Primrose does an amazing job planning and executing fun activities and events for residents as well as special holiday events that welcome and include family members.

Primrose Retirement Community has been an excellent experience for our family. Our parents were able to move in to their apartment and make it their home. They were even able to bring their sweet kitty. Their apartment has beautiful sunny views, a kitchen, dining area, a study and bedroom. The facility is very clean and homey and provides many opportunities for enriching and fun activities. It includes a dining area which is like a cafe, a movie theater, a beauty salon, an ice cream parlor, a tavern, a library, a grand piano and an exercise room. The staff are the best part about Primrose. They are very kind and welcoming. They are supportive and ready to help in any way. Care is available day and night. Rehab services and medical care are offered right in the facility and they are excellent. We love our parents very much and want the very best for them. We are thankful that at Primrose, our parents have found a place to live such active and happy lives.

I have the pleasure of visiting this wonderful community at least three times a week. The staff is professional, skilled, kind, and compassionate, treating residents like family. Their dedication and warmth provide peace of mind and truly makes you feel "at home". The facilities are top-notch. Apartments are comfortable and well-maintained. Amenities like the fitness center providing daily exercise and social activities ensure there's always something engaging to do. Primrose is highly recommended to anyone seeking an assisted living community where communication is a top priority. The entire team fosters an environment of trust and transparency, making this a truly wonderful home for a loved one."
