My mom made the decision to move into Primrose and really enjoyed the family feeling. The employees know everyone’s names and all the residents are kind, friendly, and inclusive. She enjoyed the numerous social activities, too, and made many friends! When Stillwater experienced the wildfires, she was taken care of and felt safe the entire time of the evacuation. The Primrose employees always showed kindness and were ready to help whenever needed. My family was blessed to have our mom taken care of so well there! Thank you!

Primrose is a beautiful well planned community. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful, plus food is delicious. I have built a great relationship with the employees and would trust them with a family member.

Our family chose Primrose in Stillwater, OK two years ago after touring every senior living facility in Stillwater. Primrose was an easy and obvious choice because of the warm, welcoming atmosphere and after speaking with residents about their experience we were 100% sure. Our mom felt quickly at home, made friends and now attends several activities daily. The staff at Primrose truly go the extra mile to make each resident feel a part of a family. Janet D.

The recent fires in Stillwater were scary for everyone in the area. When Primrose was given the order to evacuate the staff went into high gear and were able to get everyone to safety. The director was able to secure temporary housing in a nice nursing center in Shawnee so the Primrose residents could rest, get food and have care. Primrose staff drove to this facility, over an hour away, to be with the residents and care for them. Arrangements were made to acquire new medications for the residents and were delivered to the temporary facility within hours of the residents arrival. It was amazing how quickly all the logistics were put in place. Once cleared, the residents were able to return to Primrose the next afternoon with transportation provided by Primrose. For an emergency like this, it was so impressive how the staff was able to keep a cool head and take care of the residents when the residents were scared and unsure of what to expect. Thank you to all the staff and the director for caring for family and for a job well done!!!
