The therapy team is top notch. They are invested in making sure each person gets the individualized care needed to reach their goals. The nurses and CNAs provide excellent care.

Always clean, good food prepared daily, nurse on staff, Rehab section after hospital visits, and friendly, accommodating staff…Ask for Deshawn for info on Assisted Living. A newer facility and nicely decorated

Great place very beautiful and clean! They took great care of my mom while she was there for 20 days! I wish I could have extended her stay there but Medicaid wouldn't cover it! Very friendly nurses and staff always informed me when something was going on with my mom. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for taking great care of my mom.

A family member came home yesterday after 3 weeks at Princeton. Wow! What a difference in his mobility and breathing! This staff is top notch! He received the very best care from everyone who entered his room (700 😊). From the RNs to LPNs to CNAs to wound care to food service (he really liked the food!) to housekeeping to the amazing therapists to medical records to discharge nurse to everyone in the building…I’m so, so thankful for each of you! The new administrator (May 2025, I believe) is very hands on and regularly on the floor. My family member said he very much looked forward to going home, but would miss his friends (the staff 😊) that he had made at Princeton. He’s going to have knee replacement in the near future and will most certainly return to Princeton! Thank you and may God bless each of you!

The Nurses and the cna's took better care of my mom this time than they did 3yrs ago but they have some better workers now. Except 2 young cna's that need more training and need to be supervised to make sure they do things like they should. If I hadn't stopped one of them she would've dropped my mom in the floor she obviously hasn't been trained enough with the hoyer lift. As far as the nurses the male nurses they were good except the black nurse got really rude one night because my mom couldn't take her medicine fast enough to suit her so she jerked it out of my mom's hand and she didn't get her medicine that night. She had this misfortune of having her again the next night and I explained to her my mom had a stroke and has to take her medicine one at a time so she did better. The male nurse is rude and has no bedside manner what so ever. There were 2 days my mom didn't get her medicine at all. One day was because the Man that's over Princeton now had them tied up and the nurses couldn't give out medicine so nobody got their medicines that day. And another day and a half was because somebody screwed up and the pharmacy didn't get the prescription or whatever but thankfully they let me bring her medicine from home and they gave it to her or she would've been waiting 2 more days till they straightened that out. The worse thing is my mom got hurt and she completely missed her husband's funeral because she wasn't strapped in their bus the right way and she went flying out of her wheelchair and under the front seat. And to make matters worse she got hurt and couldnt finish her therapy so they booted her out and sent her home. So basically my mom got screwed because people didnt do their job and nobody took responsibility for it. Some things have gotten better and some things haven't since she was there 4yrs ago. The place is nice and clean and the rooms are nice but they still need to work and improve things and do better. I don't think its right the patients pay the price for people screwing up and not doing their jobs. They worried about me telling my friends and family on Facebook the truth about what happened when they need to be worried about the young cna telling everyone when they get there that they're going to.get bedsores and there's nothing you can do about it that they're too busy to keep diapers changed and the patients cleaned. That's what she told my mom and me the first day she was there. This is a nice place but things definitely need to change and be improved. They're lucky I didnt give the same review I gave 3yrs ago.
