PROMISE CARE CENTER, LLC

This facility is a great place for individuals with health issues. It offers them more freedoms than they would get if they lived in a secured facility or a nursing home. The staff are educated to handle the daily needs of the residents, the meals are on par of those in private pay geriatric facilities. They have in house doctors visits. They have actives if the resident chises to participate. Overall a nice facility.

This place is a joke. I had to get my family memeber out fast. Bed bugs none stop the dining rooms are always nasty Everytime I come their laundry piled up by the back doors never see staff half the time or they seem to be coming out of offices together. And when my family member told me she saw the administrator and director of care flirting with black guys in front of her and the pictures she’s showed me was unbelievable. They are very unperfessional this place needs to be shut down so do not ever send your family here please I’m working on attorneys with my pictures and stuff of how nasty it is there to try to get this place shut down immediately. I tried calling bosses over the administratior and none called me back. Please please if you have family here get them out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had my son here less than 72 hours. It was disgusting, the residents did the work. I had to clean the room before I could even place belongings in the room. Bug infested!!! The ONLY good thing I have to say is that Josh the recently new administrator was very nice and sympathetic.

Promisecare is a assisted living facility that helps me in my everyday task in getting my self healthy an stable. They offer a lot of different programs to assist there residents. The rooms are nice an clean the food could be a lot better. But as for the employees at promisecare they are very helpful an caring people that enjoy being around the residents.

My mom has been in there for less then a month, I have spoke with the management team about my mom not getting her medication and her stuff being stolen and just not getting good care. They will tell you what you want to hear and not take care of the problem(s). She fell and hit her head. They put an an ice pack on it and set her back to her room. Staff has walked out and left all the residents ALONE. Do NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!
