It's always a hard choice to move a family member into a care facility, Azalea Commons has made that decision easy. The staff are amazing, friendly, caring and in particular the nurses are on top of everything. My family member has some health issues and they have gone out of their way to care for him and get him what he needs. Azalea is always clean and there is fun stuff happening all the time. I can highly recommend Azalea Commons.

At this point I've been living at Azalea Commons for almost a year and a half. This place has been really good for me. The staff has taken care of my day to day needs and when I've needed special help, they have been right there, with whatever I needed. The director works to keep Azalea a first rate facility and she tends to all the details needed to make that happen. The head nurse has an empathetic heart and takes excellent care of the residents here, as well as making sure the other nurses do to. The aides have been right there for whatever I need help with, day in and day out. I am very happy at Azalea Commons and recommend it to any of my fellow elders.

My mother was neglected and abused by the head nurse. When she complained to the director, they created a reason to evict her. Pure retaliation for speaking up. Find another place for your loved one.

My dad resided at Providence for a little over two years before passing away. It was a wonderful facility and they took excellent care of him. He was treated with kindness and dignity. The staff was wonderful and made his last years the best place he could be at in his condition.

My Dad has lived at Providence Assisted Living formally Home Styles Assisted Living since 4-2015. My dad has Dementia and has progressed to the point he now needs Assisted Living. The Providence Staff have been fantastic. They have an RN and a couple of LPN's on staff to monitor the patient. then team of PCA's have been a big blessing for daily activities. From Dawn and Mona Helping with his meds and morning routine, to Miranda and Nemo helping with his Meds and Night Routine. The Recreation Director Donna always checks on Dad to encourage his involvement with activities, Like Exercise, Bingo, Bean Bag Games and many more Actives. Having a 24 hour security alert around his neck and each room has two security alarms, if needed. We have a Peace of Mind knowing that he is well taken care of. Jim Myshka
