PROVIDENCE PLACE OF PINE GROVE

Visiting a loved one at Providence Place of Pine Grove always gives me real peace of mind. It’s never easy trusting others with someone you care about so deeply, but from the moment I walk in, I feel reassured that they’re in a safe and supportive place. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are so many activities that help residents stay engaged and connected. When I visited, there was live music playing, and seeing residents smiling and enjoying the moment was genuinely heartwarming. Most importantly, I can tell my loved one is cared for with kindness and respect. The staff members are friendly, attentive, and patient — and that compassion truly shows. As a family member, that level of care means everything and makes visits feel comforting rather than worrying.

We recently moved my mom here from another Providence Place location, and the experience has been wonderful. The transition was handled with care, and the staff was incredibly supportive throughout the process. The rooms are bright, clean, and very comfortable. The team is friendly, attentive, and truly seems to care about the residents. They offer thoughtful and engaging activities that keep my mom involved and stimulated. Most importantly, my mom feels comfortable and well cared for here, which gives our family great peace of mind. We’re very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of everyone on staff.

I find the complex's response to a previous review containing specific issues to be hilarious in requesting an employee's identity be withheld. Why aren't they watching their employees and addressing those concerns accordingly. (I'm sure he/James was not hired as the official employee or organization photographer). Deflection does not get you good reviews. Far too many companies do not address/correct the REAL issues.

I don't have much experience with other facilities for adult assisted living, but I can say without hesitation, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of people I have interacted with at this location. Like I said, I can't speak for other locations or other facilities in the area, but I can say my mom has been in the Pine Grove branch for over four years and I "NEVER" have a worry about her being cared for or being safe. I don't think you can ask for more from a non-family member to care for your loved one.

My sisters and I have been very pleased with the care our mother/stepmother has been receiving at Providence Place in Pine Grove. The staff are friendly and responsive; and they have been doing an especially good job caring for and protecting the residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
