QUAIL RIDGE SENIOR LIVING

My husband was recently in skilled nursing and was being released and still needed a higher level of care than we could provide at home. After meeting Krista who is the director and her caring staff, we knew Quail Ridge Senior Living was the place for him. They provided transportation to all of his appointments. They had physical therapy in house, nursing care and nursing aides 24 hours a day, passed medication as needed and a doctor on call. The food was very good, and they had daily special plus a menu you could always order from and the dining room was open from 7:00 to 7:00. They had scheduled activities every day and themed parties and an exercise room with a full-time instructor and even an indoor swimming pool for residents. In the basement they had a game room and storm shelter. Having my husband at Quail Ridge gave me peace of mind knowing he was so well taken care of. I love living at Quail Ridge Senior Living, it’s more than just a place to live it’s more like a family. There are activities that can be for anyone. Also special events once a month for residents, family and friends. Our dining room is like a restaurant, opened 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Service is wonderful, I’m always amazed at all they do. Each day we have specials for the day but if it’s not what you may like we have a menu to choose from, foods great as well as desserts. The staff is patient, kind and respectful. They work hard to care for each one of us with compassion and respect, they know each by name. Quail Ridge Senior Living is a great place to be, I’m very grateful to be here.

My mother has been here for almost 6 months now, and the experience so far has been absolutely amazing. The staff is very nice and responsive. Mom tells me all time how good everyone is to her. The community is great, and everyone is welcoming and supportive. My mom has a group of ladies she eats with every meal and really enjoys it…and the food is very good too! The onsite therapy has been awesome, and Angie goes above and beyond working with the members at the gym and pool! This was an unexpected situation that we didn’t “plan”, but the experience has been the best I could imagine. Very thankful we found Quail Ridge!

We moved my 98 year old mother into Quail ridge 11 months ago. As we were touring the facility, numerous residents came up to us to see if she was moving in. Every One of them said “oh my goodness you are going to love it here.” And they were right, she does love it there. The staff and owners are amazing and caring about the residents. The food is wonderful. The activities are fun and engaging (mom participates in most of them). I tell her she’s living on The Love Boat. I was able to move back to Arizona knowing that my sweet mom was being very well cared for. Thank you so much Quail ridge employees. You are priceless.

There are many things I have appreciated about Quail Ridge, especially the move in process. After my mom decided that was the place for her they facilitated everything from handling the important medical concerns to recommending movers. It was so smooth and easy. Moms made new friends immediately and stays busy with the many activities. We are all pleased.
