QUALITY CARE RESIDENTIAL HOME

We only had our uncle here a short time before he passed, but we were so thankful to have found this place! Martina and staff are so caring and attentive! Isn’t that what we all want for our loved ones at an assisted living? Having worked in healthcare for years I’ve been in many facilities and I can always tell the difference between people who genuinely care and people who would rather be doing something else. Quality Care has an exceptional staff!

My mom and I love this facility! Just like home. Keisha and Jackie are wonderful as is the Director Martina. They treat mama like family. I know my mom is safe and happy here 😊😊😊

My Mom has been here for over a year now. They make me feel as if she's the only one in the building. They seem to know what to do and when to do it. They care for her like they have known her for years. Words don't describe the Director Ms. Martina. She's firm when she needs to be and loving and caring the rest of the way. Ms. Keisha and Ms Jackie makes us feel like extended family. Everyone there treats us great so if you read this please forgive me if I don't remember everyone's name...Thank you to everyone thats working there.

They said they would return my parents $1,400 deposit check and after a number of calls have yet to get it. Always the same excuse from Miss D "check is in the mail, nothing I can do."

My grandfather moved in about a month ago and it was a very hard decision for my family because of the uncertainty. I am happy to say he is very happy and it's a huge relief for my family (my mom). This facility has the most caring nurses and staff who treat my grandfather with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Quality Care if you have a loved one that cannot live on their own anymore or needs a higher level of care that the family can no longer provide.
