While it’s been awhile since my mom was a resident, they keep sending me emails to review once again! They figured I could make my mom stop doing her specific behaviors! How in the world can you work with elderly people and when it’s mental illness and dementia can you expect the family to stop their behaviors? We paid ahead and I expected a refund of the following month we paid ahead but NO, they did not! I had a different facility refund our money even thought it went against the rules due to the situation! Why couldn’t you! Hope all the HELP cares or at least most of them! You have a great facility but always changing your MAIN help! The owners are or were out of state so maybe that is the problem! I would work for them to get it changed but I need free range with the help! Most people were nice but I get you have elderly and people that are in pain, but you chose to work in this environment so maybe the owners need to have great incentives with decent pay and a building career platform!

Very caring and qualified nurses and food services staff. Lots of activities to choose from. Well decorated and maintained building. Very large rooms.

So pleased with Rainforest. I have noticed a good change in my Mom’s overall health. I don’t have to worry about my Mom’s care as I did the previous place. My Mom seems to enjoy her new place and has been making friends. The place is always clean. I am very thankful for the staff. They are very caring and always willing to help.

We are so glad we moved my grandmother here. Everyone has been super helpful and sweet and we know she is in great care when she is there. So comforting not to have to worry about her. Much of a relief off of us for them to handle some things that we were having to assist with like laundry, medicine, and cleaning. She really seems to enjoy the staff and the food. The building is so clean and the decor is warm and welcoming just as the pictures look. So thankful to have found the place. Scott, Michele, Mika, and all the others we have engaged with have been wonderful.

I really can't say enough good things about Rainforest Landings. They helped my family through the most difficult time we've ever been through. My mom was dying of breast cancer and had to go to UT Medical Center by ambulance. She was unable to walk or even sit up in bed, and we had no way of caring for her at home. I had no idea what we were going to do. On a whim, I called A Place For Mom, and they directed me to Rainforest Landings. Scott was an absolute lifesaver. He was kind, empathetic, and helped us every step of the way. He helped with every single issue we had. They allowed as many friends and family members who wanted to be there to stay 24/7. They even made vegetarian meals for her. The head nurse gave me her personal cell phone number in case we needed help. Thank you so much for everything you guys did for us.
