This organization truly does things the right way. I’m the owner of a local home care organization and a former healthcare administrator. Although we are not affiliated with Raintree Village, we serve the same community as care partners with a shared purpose and commitment. Recently, their leadership reached out to us for assistance with an incident response. As someone who has led teams through complex situations, I firmly believe that challenges will always arise. If you are looking for skilled, empathetic people to take care of your loved one - this is the place to go! Being unhappy at a different facility, we moved my mother to the long term care part of Raintree by recommendation and research. Boy, what a night and day difference! Not only is the staff better trained, but they look at their job, (and this job is so difficult and under appreciated)- as their career, and even calling. We can’t say enough good things about Raintree and are so happy we found the right place - and people, to take care of mom.

I moved my mom in 7 months ago. We are very please with Raintree Village. She is in long term care at raintree. Administration does a great job. Care staff is fantastic! Food is great! Housekeeping does a great job keeping all the spaces clean. Activities are active and they seem to find all sorts of different activities for all. Im so happy we found a place that continues to check all the boxes.

I have been a resident here for two months, and I have enjoyed every moment. The residents are very friendly and caring. It’s wonderful to receive two meals per day, and the food is delicious with great variety. The staff are always available to help whenever needed. The transportation services are excellent and have been a tremendous help with my doctor’s appointments; they are also very accommodating. Additionally, the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Activities teams provide weekly services. Overall, my family and I are very grateful to have found this facility, and we appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing I am safe and well cared for.

My sister and I have been very pleased with the warm welcome the ENTIRE staff has displayed during our mother’s recent move-in experience. The nursing staff has been professional and insightful with developing a medical plan that meets her individual needs.The food service staff have been amazing and attentive with providing meals that she will enjoy. Caroline gave us our initial tour and had been available to answer questions before and AFTER we moved in. She answers emails promptly and directs us to the person we need to contact.Keep up the good work, Raintree staff!
