Reflections Memory Care - Chatham

I toured Reflections Memory Care in Chatham on April 11, 2024. The facility is very welcoming. I didn't feel like I was walking into a Memory Care facility. It felt like a home! Emily is very knowledgeable and so helpful. I really appreciate the time she took with me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend.

Reflections is a true blessing to our family! My mom is so happy here. The staff is amazing and makes her feel like she is part of the family. Laura does a great job running the place!

My mother-in-law moved to Reflections Care due to her failing memory. The care she received exceed our families' expectations. The staff was attentive and very kind to her. Thank you for making Mom's last days as comfortable as possible!

I cannot speak highly enough about Reflections. When it came time to find a place for my grandmother and her husband, our whole family was concerned about ensuring their care was appropriate and complete. Living quite a ways away from them, I had such relief when I finally got to visit them and saw the attention and effort that the staff put forth here. The residents are treated with utmost respect and kindness. The staff even ensured that we as the family were fully informed and aware of everything. They truly made MY family, THEIR family. It made the difficult situation of moving them so much easier, for all parties involved. In addition to the stellar employees here, the facility itself is just wonderful. It is immaculate and inviting. You feel like you are walking into a resort! That alone adds another layer of peace knowing that your loved ones are in a lovely, comfortable, clean, and pleasant environment. Again, I live quite a distance from Reflections but every single time I got to visit during my grandmother's stay, I was so pleased and relieved to have her in such good hands. Thank you to everyone here for working so diligently to care for our loved ones. The impact you have goes far beyond the people located just inside your walls!!

Our experience with having loved ones at Reflections Memory Care has been beyond expectations. Every staff member we have met has been caring and more than helpful. They all have genuine concern and caring for each resident. The director has gone out of her way to be accommodating and makes herself available whenever needed. The nursing staff is professional and experienced. They are always available to discuss and work through resident care with family. I highly recommend this facility. Your loved ones will be very well cared for. I need to add the final chapter to this review. Sadly, my mother passed and her husband requires more extensive nursing care and could not remain at Reflections. This facility navigated through Covid exceptionally. They took every step possible to protect the residents and stepped up their game to substitute for the stimulation family members could not give through visits. We very are grateful for the guidance and support management and staff provided in getting hospice for our mother. Thank you to all of the Reflections staff with special note for: Laura Padin's management. Extremely well run facility and staffing. Excellent interaction with families.
