Regency House

We moved my 92 y.o. mother from another facility last month and I cannot say enough positive things about The Regency House. The improvement in one month was unexpected! She is happy and well rested. The nurses are unhurried and genuine in their care. The Regency staff is amazing! Kelli and Sharon are phenomenal, Amanda at the front desk ALWAYS greets me with a smile, Loretta does a remarkable job with activities and Kevin in maintenance is always willing to help. My husband and I both work in healthcare, we recommend the Regency House without hesitation.

My mother has been a resident for over two years. She is so attached to the caregivers and staff; they keep her occupied which is important with her memory issues. I have offered to bring her to her home for in-home care but she says she wants to stay because she loves the staff. Over the two years my mother has had a few medical incidents which was handled with professional compassion. I am confident she is in a safe place and they text or call with any issues giving me peace of mind. I don’t know everyone’s name but Sharon, Renee, Tomasz, Makayla are just a few of the staff I rely on.

We moved my mother into The Regency House in October 2021. I was reluctant to relocate her, but her condition deteriorated and she needed more attention. After meeting Sharon and her staff, I can confirm that it was the best decision for my mom and my family. I am so very thankful for this facility and my mom is receiving the best care that I can imagine. She was fortunate enough to secure a private room that fits her current lifestyle. Renee in Activities has been a huge blessing and genuinely cares for the residents. Sharon, Renee, Mikayla, Ashley and the nurses are all top notch and keep me updated regularly on what is going on. Regency House cares about their residents and loves them like they are family. Thank you for all you do!

I wish i could rate Regency House higher than 5 stars! Can't say enough good things about the current management. The facility is clean and well monitored. They provide delicious cafeteria style dining and lots of activities for the residents. My mother has been there since March 2018, diagnosed with dementia. Kim, Sharon and the entire staff have been a true blessings for my family. They've been VERY EASY to work with and always alert me when/if my mother has any issues or problems. I can call or text them anytime (7 days a week) about anything. Keep up the great work ladies!! Choosing Regency House would be a "no-brainer" if your looking for a top-notch professionally run facility for your loved one.

I have had a family member here for several years. Sadly, some of the older reviews are accurate, so I feel the need to post a current status on how things are going at Regency House. They have a brand new Director; she's been there about three weeks now. She has extensive experience and has brought in staff that knows/shares her work ethic. I spent over an hour with them last week, privately discussing my family member. We talked about both the personal issues we've had with prior staff, as well as the overall issues with the general living conditions. In just these few short weeks, I have seen more improvements than in the last two years. She has hired a professional cleaning staff and had the entire place cleaned from top to bottom. She has reviewed every single resident's care plan to ensure their needs are being met & to get to know the residents. Trust me, I know all too well the history of this place. But, I also know that corporate cared and has made changes for the better. We stayed because frankly we had no choice; and our voice was heard. If you are reading this and are looking for a place, I would encourage you to go by and talk to the new Director and give them an opportunity to show you how nice this place has become. For the first time in a long time, I am confident they truly care about my family member.
