Regency Retirement Village of Jackson

We could not have been more impressed or felt more welcome when we visited Regency. It is so beautiful and immaculately clean. Mom instantly felt comfortable and like it was the place for her. Every staff member we met was kind, seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, and took their time engaging with us. We felt like VIPs! Thank you to Angie and the entire staff.

We met with Angie Arrington regarding a family member moving into Regency Retirement Village. Angie answered all of our questions, is very knowledgeable about care of seniors and was transparent about fees. She gave us a tour, introduced us to staff. Everyone we met was nice, friendly and engaging with other residents. The building is clean, comfortable and well maintained. We have a peace of mind that our family member will be safe and cared for.

Toured the facility and was very impressed with the overall appearance and the organization of the of all the rooms. The staff was very knowledgeable and had the patients needs and interest as their first priority. Angie Arrington answered all our questions well and with an obvious love of her work.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional care the staff at Regency has provided to my father-in-law. From day one, they have been incredibly attentive to his needs and have gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, respected, and at home. He is eating well, sleeping well, and truly thriving in their care. The transition was far smoother than we ever expected, and his experience so far has been nothing short of positive. My father and mother-in-law are both currently residing at Regency. My wife and I have been very pleased with the quality of care our parents have received, the dedication and friendliness of the staff, and the general family atmosphere that exists. The social engagement that is encouraged through the various activities, entertainment, and dining (which is excellent by the way!) have all served to enhance our loved one’s wellbeing and quality of life.
