REGENCY SUITES/REGENCY AT SOUTH SHORE

I am a resident of the regency at south shore. In my opinion the lecom motto “care, compassion, commitment and community are fulfilled with flying colors. Since lecom took over the regency the level of care has gone above and beyond. The residents are well cared for. We are all happy and content here at the regency. Good job lecom ! A comment for Dr lim ; A new elevator is in order the residents are in desperate need. It’s very old and needs to be replaced . It’s the original elevator over 40 years and breaks down frequently. Please break down. And replace!

I’ve called the Regency my forever home for the last 2 1/2 years and I could not be more happy with my living arrangements. They make me feel special they make me feel safe they make me feel like I belong to a community of like-minded individuals such as myself.

I have been here 1 1/2 years. I am now feeling very comfortable. Apartment space is very good. Residents and staff are wonderful. I would recommend that anyone one looking for a new residence to look into the Regency

The staff and residents are very welcoming and helpful. The building is very clean and beautifully decorated.

They had a great wedding. But it's weird to have a wedding and an old folks home. I assume the old folks are treated while there. They seemed fine. All the staff were nice. Though. I do know some of the staff from there. And that is concerning. But hopefully she's fired by now. But overall it's a nice place. This is kind of rambly. But so far my grandmother-in-law seems to be doing well there. So as these places go they seem fine.
