Renaissance Terrace

We moved my mother here from Indiana a year and a half ago. She has done great. The staff is very nice to her and do a lot to take care of her. I don't think she would get that good of care any place else. The facility is fairly new and always looks nice. She has a nice private room with nice furniture. They have a lot of fun activities, but she really hasn't been able to participate very much. I highly recommend RT to anyone.

My mom moved in during COVID and we are so blessed to have her there. The staff truly care about their residents and interact with them often. Activities are abundant and wonderful! My mom loves bingo and all of the extra programs, classes, and excursions they offer. I often speak with David, Judy, Joe, and Mrs. Katie, and they are always helpful, quick to respond, and a delight to interact with. My mom loves the food and says she never has a bad meal. The food options are a huge plus! Something that I noticed immediately about the facility is that it does not have a bad odor like some retirement facilities. RT smells clean and they obviously take great care when cleaning to keep it that way. I want to thank everyone at RT for being there when they don’t have to be and caring when they don’t have to care. They are true professionals and I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring, safe, and happy place for their loved one.

My mom wasn't doing well in another facility that she was staying in. It was TOO independent-living for her needs. Thank Heaven we found Renaissance Terrace & the staff there. She has lived there for years now & has found her community. The staff is caring & attentive and respond quickly to my inquiries, as needed. They have done an AMAZING job keeping them safe, busy & happy during this LONG QUARANTINE. NO cases of Covid because of their diligence! THANK YOU, RENAISSANCE!

My mother was in three (3) different similar facilities in Florida over a period of three (3) years. She has now been at Renaissance Terrace for 3-1/2 years. There is no comparison. RT has the best staff, from top to bottom. Mom has only one complaint and that is that the room is too small. The food, about which she is VERY finicky, meets with her complete approval. And the building itself is kept in tip top condition at all times. I heartily recommend.

While we cannot review the assisted living facility in their ability to care for a loved one in house, we CAN review the kind and caring staff who helped our neighbors as they travelled through Tennessee today. They were in desperate need of a particular medical supply (replacement for a malfunctioning feeding tube syringe) late this Sunday evening on their way home to Florida. After asking for help at the local ER and being turned away, your facility came through for this wonderful couple! Not only did your staff offer the needed supply, refusing payment, but they brought it outside and met our neighbors at their car. Thank you for lending a helping hand in a difficult time and restoring our faith in humanity!
