Applause and appreciation to Bobby Briscoe, Director of Environmental Services. Bobby is a one-of-a-kind manager. Not only does he oversee a huge senior living complex, but he and his wonderful staff, Erak, Ashton, and Jer, are efficient and knowledgeable, generous and kind, and spread happiness and joy throughout the building as they move about. Her brilliance and personal care to the residents and staff are the heartbeat that make The Reserve feel like the home you want to welcome your friends and family to! Her strategic vision and operational excellence creates a culture of engagement and support that helps steer the organization towards its goals and vision. Together, Executive Chef Greg Sever and Pastry Chef Tovah Dole curate a dining experience that highlights attention to detail, creativity, and innovative specials and desserts that are uniquely tailored to the desires of the residents. If the kitchen is the heart of the home, you can feel the love in every bite! The customer service is unmatched! From the front desk, to the concierge, to the chauffeurs, the moment you step inside, you are greeted with smiles, knowledge and warm care as you embark on your decision to move to a senior living community!

I wish to draw attention to and give praises to Bobbie Brisco who works in Maintenance At The Reserve in Lone Tree. He has been a Godsend since we moved to senior living here. He has countless tasks to help us get settled in here. He assembled a kitchen pantry to allow us more storage space in the kitchen. He intalled a wall mount for our television in the bedroom, he has helped solve several other smaller issues we needed to have fixed as well. He is always cheerful and anxious to help. No one really prepares you for your parent getting older and needing meaningful, full-time care. It can feel lonely and challenging. The team at the Reserve were the first people to really make me feel like there was a plan and a way to give my mom the safest, healthiest, and happiest experience possible. From the folks in the back office (like Crystal, Tyler, and Denise), to the nurses (like Rebecca), to the staff (like April), every one of them exhibited a mix of empathy and action that I can never repay. I would recommend the team and facility at Lone Tree to anyone for the most important people in their life. I did and I am so thankful and will never take them for granted.

The Reserve at Lone Tree is absolutely beautiful, the design and attention to detail are truly top-notch. Every space feels welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully crafted, which immediately gave our family confidence that we’d found the right place for our parents. The entire staff has been so kind and helpful throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful decision incredibly easy. Tyler, in particular, was amazing, he patiently answered every one of our questions and made sure all of our concerns were addressed with care. And don’t miss out on an old fashioned from Kim, the on-site bartender, she makes an excellent one and adds even more warmth to the experience. Highly recommend The Reserve at Lone Tree!
