Residential Facility Ii

My biggest complaint is that a resident can wait 50 minutes before any staff member will respond to him even when he is in pain. That's unacceptable. Nobody even acknowledged the fact that he was trying to call for his nurse and what made it even worse was a staff member who was assisting the roommate reached behind the curtain and switched off my partners call light and said absolutely nothing to him! Aside from everything else that's pure negligence. It's unprofessional and it IS neglect! As a partner to the resident and POA I am treated as if I am some sort of subordinate and I am far from that. The staff are not responsible for being short staffed...but when another resident finds another resident on the floor I have a problem with that.

Maintenance man on the weekend got our internet, and printer working, it’s always great to work here. Good staff, great team. Things get done quickly. Thanks ADAM!!!!!

This was my first time visiting the Edgewood Centre and I was quite impressed. I believe that my visit was in the West Wing and it had a quite pleasant atmosphere. While visiting my friend, four different staff members came in at various times all with smiles on their faces and very happy to take their time to answer any and all questions. Job well done!

I recently visited Edgewood Nursing Home and had a positive experience overall. I spoke with the nurse’s station about taking the patient out, and they were helpful and accommodating. When the call button was pressed for a bathroom break, staff responded in a timely and respectful manner, which I truly appreciated. A special mention to Whitney — she was caring, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk with. Her warm personality made the visit even more pleasant. The facility felt welcoming, and the team seemed attentive to the residents’ needs. Thank you for providing a comfortable and supportive environment.

My mom is in rehab for her back surgery everyone is very polite and helpful in all aspects of her recovery. Only downfall is there are no phones in any of the rooms.
