Words alone cannot express my gratitude for this facility. It was such a sweet landing spot for my Daddy, Joseph S. Parker. The care and compassion was beyond incredible. The Admin and Nurses were attentive and provided the absolute best care and encouragement. The facility is beautiful, well maintained. They offer many resident activities and delicious meals. Thank you to Michelle, Anita and team!

My father was there for a few months. It was terrible. No shower during the first 30 days (very unacceptable). We experienced severe dehydration, it was like pulling teeth to get the staff to give fluids. Laundry was not done timely. It was piled up and thrown into the shower stall when the basket was full. Very unsanitary. The staff needs to be held accountable. All we were looking for was proper care for our aging father. This was not the place. I do not reccomend having your loved one live here.

I wish I had seen a post like this before bringing my dad to live here. He stayed 3 months. I’m writing this after we received our refund. My dad was dehydrated constantly and even after a dr order to provide extra fluids staff was not doing it He was not showered for 4 weeks, no one on staff could tell us what day or days were his shower days Dirty laundry was piling up until the hamper was too full and soiled clothes and linens were dropped in the shower Clothes and linens were disappearing , we kept replacing items with new things but moved out with only a fraction of his belongings Diabetes supplies paid for and never received, including dexcom sensors and BG test kit Some memory care staff were defensive about issues, and some resulted in retaliation towards my dad in the form of neglect and only offering water when we provided preferred drinks for my dad

Ivy Springs is truly a special community. We have recently moved in our loved one, and from the first encounter to move in day, until present day…they have been phenomenal! Management has been very receptive and easily accessible to families and have made the move in process so seamless. Thank you for your caring hearts and love for the community you serve.

What a great experience! From the beginning, every interaction has been fantastic. Rachel Wilson has been amazing to work with. The service I and Dad have experienced from all of the staff is far above what we expected, and their pricing is lower than other assisted living facilities in the area. The property is lovely and looks very new. I'm grateful that Ivy Springs is where Dad now calls home!
