RETREAT AT LOGANVILLE, THE

My father has been a resident at The Retreat at Loganville for two years now, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care he receives. The staff doesn't just "do their jobs"—they truly love my dad, and the feeling is entirely mutual. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders knowing he is surrounded by people who treat him like their family. The Retreat is very clean, welcoming, and feels like a community rather than a facility. One of dad's absolute favorite things is the large front porch. During nice weather, you’ll almost always find him out there with his friends, enjoying the fresh air and great company. It’s his favorite "hangout spot" and has done wonders for his social life and spirit. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be safe, respected, and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend The Retreat. It has been a wonderful two years, and we are so thankful for the peace of mind they provide our family.

The Retreat at Loganville is the best ALF community in the area. The staff are always so helpful, kind, and compassionate. I’ve been visiting there for 8 years, it’s so nice to see the same smiling faces. If you ever need care for your loved one, go give them a visit! They have independent care, ALF care and Memory care. 🩷

I cannot speak for the Retreat Assisted Living but the memory care is the worst experience I have ever had . I am extremely disappointed with the management at this memory care facility. While some of the frontline staff try their best, the lack of oversight, accountability, and concern from management is alarming. I would strongly urge anyone considering this facility to ask hard questions, document everything, and closely monitor the care being provided. Based on our experience, management does not demonstrate the level of responsibility or commitment that memory care residents deserve.

My Mom is at The Retreat. She has made such great friends and has enjoyed the community environment as a whole and the many activities. Her favorites are Bingo, Shopping, Birthday Parties, and Theme Parties as well as hanging out on a neighbor's carport in beautiful weather. Mom thinks the housekeeping ladies and the guys who do the yardwork and the engineers are all great. I am very happy that Mom is happy!

I loved my time living at the Retreat, the staff was always helpful and caring, any problems in your home they took care of promptly. The neighbors are friendly and really nice to know, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
