RidgeView Assisted Living

Ridgeview is the best place for my mom - Charlotte. She does everything from Bingo, to excercise, movies, ect. You name it, she does it. When she was in the hospital for almost a week, she was greeted by almost everyone and welcomed her back. I also must say that Ertha is the best!!!

Great place to move your loved ones into cause this place has a staff that will love on them too. Great staff and I have been teaching Bible studies snd crafts since before covid and I was impressed with how everyone there feels loved. And last year we had to put my MIL there and she loves it too.

Choosing an assisted living facility is a difficult choice and we are so happy with the level of care the staff provided. They are engaging, friendly, and always willing to make the residents comfortable. You can tell everyone who works there is passionate about what they do. The facilities are great and there is truly an engaged community. We cannot thank everyone there enough for the care they had for Bea. It means the world to us!

First and foremost, the care provided at The Views is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels valued, respected, and most importantly, loved. Their dedication to meeting the individual needs of each resident is truly commendable. My mother, who initially felt apprehensive about transitioning to a care facility, quickly felt at ease thanks to the compassionate and attentive administrators, and nursing staff. They provided not only assistance but also emotional support, fostering a sense of belonging and security. Moreover, The Views fosters a sense of camaraderie among its residents. The fellow guests are not just neighbors but friends, forming bonds that enrich their daily lives. From engaging in stimulating activities to simply enjoying each other's company, the sense of community at The Views is enjoyable to watch. My mom has found companionship and support in the fellow residents, creating memories and forging friendships that is making her stay more meaningful. One of the highlights of The Views is undoubtedly the meals they serve. The food is not just nourishment for the body, but a delight prepared by the staff Chief. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared, and served either in the dining area or her room if needed. It's reassuring to know that she is not just eating well but enjoying each meal. In conclusion, Ridge View Living has exceeded all expectations, providing unparalleled care, fresh meals 3-times a day, and an environment that is friendly. I am grateful for the peace of mind knowing that my mom is not just well cared for but thriving in such a nurturing environment. DH

RidgeView and it’s staff did an amazing job for my mom. They worked with her social workers, physical and occupational therapist making personalized adjustments that most places just would not do. Staff is friendly and really care about their occupants. Food menu is really great and kitchen staff have an alternative menu if the food plan for that day is not something you like. Activity coordinator has daily activities including field trips, crafts, book club, gardening and more. Never had an issue with medication management and staff was quick to pick up changes in dosages and time changes. Unfortunately my mom did pass due to a terminal condition that had nothing to do with where she was staying. RidgeView did an amazing job helping find an in room hospice facilitator and assisted in making my moms passing a comfortable and dignified one. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place for their parent that wants a caring flexible environment.
