Very pleased with the kindness of the staff, the care they show to the residents. The staff that does preparation for the meals do a great job and go out of their way to make sure that the residence and the choice of food each day is pleasing like home. You are always greeted with a smile and a good morning, and hello from the staff, making the residents feel comfortable as possible in their new surroundings

This facility is amazing! I definitely give them a five out of five for multiple reasons. The staff is caring and hardworking. Each family event they did was an unforgettable time. They build community with bingo, exercise, and seasonal activities. There was comfort knowing someone could assist my grandmother with proper medication management. Sheryl Mahy also pulled every available financial resource to help ease burdens. Their past Clinical Director, Valerie, went over and beyond to help ensure my grandmother’s safety. The common areas are clean and relaxing to spend time there with your family members.

These people are all incredible. Caring and capable. Helpful in every situation. My folks are in their nineties and have been there over three years. You can’t do any better!

Everyone at Rivermist is compassionate an caring. My mother receives the very best care possible. I would also like to say, Cheryl is the very best! She is helpful an always has a smile She goes above an beyond. I know because she has done so for my mother. Cheryl an Valerie are great listeners an have helped me thru some difficult times. Rivermist is lucky to have them an the rest of the wonderful staff.

This is great assisted living facility. They do more that I ever expected possible. It very nice and has activities for all.
