I have to agree. You don't want to send your people there. And the lady there has a bad attitude. I saw a door nearby open which I would consider a security risk. Been to many residential care facilities to do contract work & this one is the worst. Looks more like a halfway house for convicts & let's be reminded that this is a care facility.

Nasty!!!!!! New Haven need to close it down!!!! Board of Health should b closed down 4 not helping the residents.
