The facility has so many options for care levels, which is something I want for specific client needs. Grand Villa ….. what can I say about the Grand Villa that has not already been said. I have to start off with what I know. It is a great place to live and be with many other ladies that apparently feel the same way. The food is good and varied for meals. It is a fine place to walk outside with sunshine and weather that is usually comfortable. The people that work here help in all circumstances. I’m happy being here! The price seems to be right. Ladies coming from other facilities seem to feel happy here.

The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely compassionate, making residents feel valued and respected every day. The community is well-kept, bright, and inviting, with plenty of activities that encourage social connection and independence. Meals are well-prepared and enjoyable, and there’s always something positive happening around the community. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. I would absolutely recommend Grand Villa of Palm Bay to anyone seeking high-quality senior living.

My father has been living at Grand Villa since August. The facility is beautiful with a high standard of cleanliness. The river views make you feel like you are on a cruise ship. The leadership and staff are attentive and respond quickly to requests and issues. My mom visits daily and they treat both my parents like family.

My Mother has resided at Grand Villa for nearly two years and we are beyond pleased with the facility. I had relocated her based on increased and exorbitant rent at her prior facility. Grand Villa is fairly priced and offers multiple amenities. To have my Mother well cared for and safe in such a beautiful facility is priceless. The staff is just as priceless and provides a very warm and family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend this facility!
