From day one the staff has been compassionate, attentive and genuinely invested in my mom’s well-being. They treat everyone with dignity and respect, always taking time to listen and provide support. They are responsive and proactive which gives our family real peace of mind. Communication is consistent and transparent, which we deeply appreciate. The facility itself is very clean and welcoming. Meals are nutritious, well prepared and accommodations are comfortable and well maintained. We are incredibly grateful for the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional assisted living care.

Rock Springs Senior Care was truly an answered prayer. I moved my 92 year old mother here from Virginia. We looked and researched and visited many memory care facilities and thought we had found the place for her....twice! In one year we moved her 3 times from very "nice" facilities where she was neglected, drugged, and ignored. We were with her at the hospital (her third admittance in 5 months) 4 days before Christmas 2024 and we knew she could not return back to Heartis. Through an angel, we were connected with Chris and Corrine at Rock Springs Senior Care. I cannot tell you enough what a world of difference that they have made in her life and ours. We are finally at peace knowing that she is valued, respected and seen. She looks amazing and though she is mostly non verbal, we see the heartwarming effect that their care has had on her. She is content and peaceful and all smiles. The stress that she went through is gone and I can rest at night knowing that she is safe and happy.

Rock Springs Senior Care is an answer to my prayers. Mom is in her 70’s and has stage four cancer. She also suffered a severe stroke that left her disabled on her left side. To say the least she is in bad shape. The staff at Rock Springs has made her feel loved, comfortable and at home. It’s such a lovely place and the staff is so kind and attentive to mom. She always brags about the good food and especially enjoys the fresh home cooked meals. I cannot put in words how thankful I am to know that mom is in such a loving and caring environment!

Rock Springs Sr Care has been such a blessing to our Mom and our family. They provide an environment that makes Mom feel like she is part of a family with the other residents and staff. Mom has been with them since September 2022, and each season brings a new spark to the home. Whether it be Easter Christmas Thanksgiving or New Year’s, the home celebrates with decorations, photos ops for the residents, and special meals. Chris and Corrine and the staff are so thoughtful, loving, caring, and attentive to the residents that it makes your heart feel warm. Clean, fresh, and loving is how we see mom every time we visit. What a blessing this group provides. Thank you for everything!!

When my mother suffered a debilitating stroke last year, we were faced with the decision of how to care for her. Caring for her ourselves would have been impossible but we did not want to place her in any facility during Covid. Our prayers were answered when a neighbor recommended Rock Springs Senior Care. When I say that Corrine and Chris treat her (and my entire family) with the love and respect she deserves, it is an understatement. My mother is so well loved and cared for and she is HAPPY!! Her independent nurses that visit have told me that the care she is receiving is amazing! Her condition has greatly improved and I believe 100% that much of that is due to the excellent care she receives. It takes a very special person to be a caregiver, Rock Springs has set the bar!
