I have been treated at this facility and they have been so good to me always there when I needed help to get to the restroom or something and the place is clean. It doesn’t smell like a nursing home and everybody’s always friendly and kind. And the food is wonderful

This place and the people that work here are absolutely amazing. They are the most personable, caring team I have met. My father and stepmom shared a room until my stepmother passed. I live in a different state and they stay in communication with me. They always go above and beyond to make sure my father is safe and happy. I have met the most incredible people that genuinely care and love the residents as if they are family. They effortlessly and tirelessly pour everything they have into their work. They patiently and kindly walk me through every step of every process including the current process of trying to get my father to me in the state I live. I haven't had one issue with any of their staff, facility or program. Words cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am for everything they have done and continue to do on a daily basis for our family.

My Mother and Father in law were in Lee County Heathcare from 1999 -2021 The care they received was above and beyond my expectations. When Affinis Hospice was called in July of 2021 for Mother in Law the staff was just as caring for our family as well our mother

Our family had a great experience with Lee County Health and Rehab during the time my parents were residents there from 1999-2021. Staff are very dedicated, have compassion for their residents and provide excellent care!

Management is unprofessional. They make decisions based off of personal feelings towards staff that they manage instead of being fair. When someone reports to cooperate they retaliate by finding fault in mistakes. I love the patients but I hated the fake love from management.(DON and Administrator) CNA’s are adults and human as well, we should be treated as such.
