Rose of East Des Moines

I recently moved my mom here in February. When we met with Alexis and the Open Arms team, my mom and I were welcomed immediately. Everyone that we've met (activities director, open arms care, cooks and residents have all been wonderful and friendly). I am so grateful to Alexis and the care team for making this transition go so smoothly for us. We've only known Alexis and her team for just over a month, but so far we're happy and impressed. I can only hope my mom will thrive (bonus that she is only 15 minutes away from me)!

I got high hopes for the new chief and the staff working together

The help dose very little to help are moms rude to them stealing gose on no respect talk down to them .. and the food here is not fit for anyone to eat . I would not suggest to any one

Beautiful facility.. many activities for my elderly mother - in law to enjoy herself.

I've had nothing but great experiences from residents, management, nursing and cooks/kitchen staff. When there is a problem attention and communication has been given to correct it. My loved one feels at ease living at The Rose of EDM.
