ROSECASTLE AT DELANEY CREEK

The level of incompetence at this facility is mind blowing. I've delt with this place for over 7 years and have never, not once had a positive experience with them. I feel absolutely terrible for the folks that have to stay there. I wouldn't send my enemies there. They are a danger to the patients health to say the least. If you love your family members, keep shopping around. The leadership is dishonest and full of excuses. We learned too late at a "community meeting " of the rampant neglect by staff resulting in the decline in health It was so bad, DCF was called to investigate. Again, if you're considering this facility, I emplore you to reconsider. At the very least, do some investigating before you sign on that line. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT ..... THEY CHANGED MANAGEMENT AND AND LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE STAFF AND HOW THEY SPEAK TO THEM ... ALL THE REVIEW HERE ARE OLD THIS IS A 2024 REVIEW AND TRUST WHEN I TELL YOU IT IS A NIGHTMARE NO ONE GIVES YOU ANSWERS NO DRS CALL YOU BACK! The place is so filthy that has an infestation of roaches there The nursing team and most staff are great but the management is absolutely atrocious and shady. Find somewhere better for your loved ones to stay

My Mom has been at Rosecastle at Delaney Creek for almost 3yrs. Not only do they care for her medical needs but they ensure her spiritual and mental needs are met too. Their management team is great and the staff is always attentive.

My mom has been treated very well at Rosecastle. She likes it there very much. She has been happy there since day 1. They care for the residents and make sure they are well taken care of. Before COVID-19 They had many activities, they would take them out shopping, they would take them out to restaurants, etc. The place is always nicely decorated and very clean. The nurses are all very knowledgeable and sweet. The whole staff is very caring! During this Covid time they are doing their best and trying to keep our loved ones safe.

My mom has been at Rosecastle for 2 years now and LOVES it. The staff has gone out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. She loves the entertainment. I know this COVID time is very difficult for everyone and through this so far, my Mom is happy. She has food that she likes, staff checking in on her and watching TV. Every time I’ve gone into visit her, the entire place has been clean. Staff celebrates and decorates every holiday and have games to keep her mind active. Thank you to everyone at Rosecastle for doing a great job. Hope to be able to visit soon.

We have finally found a very, very nice place for mom. Everything about Rosecastle is great! The staff is unbelievable, the rooms and halls are extremely clean. I had lunch with her today and even the food was delicious! Nurses are so friendly and willing to stop what they are doing to help! We will all sleep better knowing that mom is here and being looked after so well!
