Compass Rose is a top notch facility, above and beyond the rest. The staff (all of them) are extremely compassionate , professional and caring. My Mother has been in the Memory care wing for a couple of years and They constantly and completely facilitate her needs and treat her 24/7. They are all angels who live and care for our love ones at times we cannot. I cannot praise these folks enough, this facility is everything you need for your loved one as health begins to fade. The folks here feed care for and have developed daily activities and routines which promote health for the residents. Just the best care and cleanliness I have seen in Florida, highly recommend! This is a place of safety, dignity, love , caring family atmosphere ❤️ for residents and their families. My mom started out in assisted living where she loved everything about it. In 2 years she has been there I have learned alot about my mom's needs and care, knowing I couldn't have given her the 5 star care she gets daily at Compass Rose. She is now in memory care there, and has actually shown improvements in some of her life skills. She has a beautiful room and an awesome roommate. The employees are the most important part of her care. She loves them all, and they are always there for me. I feel very privileged to have mom there at Compass Rose and proud to be a part of the family there. There is really no place else as special as Compass Rose!!!!! Thank you Compass Rose for always being there for my mom and our family!!!!!

I’m in an a cappella singing group. The RoseCastle is one of our favorite places to perform. The residents are very welcoming and seem to truly enjoy their surroundings. It is clean and inviting. The staff is professional and friendly. Such a lovely place to receive care in your later years.

Rosecastle of Zephyrhills Assisted Living and Memory Care is an amazing place for seniors! The ALF staff truly care for all the residents like family. The facility is also very clean and welcoming to families and guests. Great friendly staff is always there to assist with any needs your loved ones have. The management team is very proactive with the staff to offer the best care possible. Over all, its a great place for your loved one.

My mom recently passed after 4 years in the memory care unit here. There are no words to express the difference Rosecastle made in our lives. My mom knew the staff and that they were "her people". Many times, we secretly witnessed little displays of affection by the staff to my mom and they were proactive in making suggestions to make her life better. Beautiful meals, facilities, activities, and fabulous staff. Also, support during tough times and the end of the journey. My father was also a guest for a short time on the assisted living side and we were pleased with that section too. Our family feels so blessed to have been led here for what we needed. Highly recommend.
