The administrator at the Roxborough home for women turned my mom away because "she was too quiet" on her 15 min interview they had together. When I tried to explain in email that she may have been quiet because she's losing her house, all her furniture, and maybe was even nervous on the interview, and asked for anothe chance, I've received no response from anyone. To even get her answer on weather or not my mom was accepted I have to call for five days before I was able to reach her, and she knew we needed an answer as soon as possible. Also, all three times I've been there, I've watched As half of the staff stood right outside smoking, next to the sign that says they are a non smoking facility.
