I am sorry that I don’t know her name but the older white female with dark frame glasses at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional and didn’t hesitate to guide us through checking in on the kiosk this was our first visit. I met a young lady name Sasha at the nurses station who was extremely nice and helpful but I am not sure if she was a Nurse or a CNA but regardless she was very professional and friendly and there was also another young lady I think her name was Sun I watched her interact with a resident who she called Ms Lucy she was so attentive and treated the resident with compassion and respect! This young Lady also took time to acknowledge my husband and I as we were standing in the hallway talking to our friend who we came to visit today she was very friendly. Another young lady name ISA walked right passed us and didn’t bother to speak to us or the patients sitting in the hallways.

I read reviews before my Father was sent here and I was terrified!! Much to my surprise the facility is very clean; the staff are exceptionally friendly. All things considered when you have to go to rehab; so far our experience has been a positive one.

I was going in expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and much cleaner than I was told. Place is old and could definitely use some renovation including the furniture. I did not like that I could not exit the building. I understand because of the residents but both visits there was no one at the desk to buzz you out. I think visitors should be given an exit code to use. My resident seems to be comfortable but I am concerned with the non thickness of the mattress . But I am not living there.

Me and my Husband was really impressed with your Facility... The staff were Awesome! The center was really Beautiful and Clean! I loved the Fall Decorations, etc. Mrs Mills had all great things to say and she truly seemed to like your service as well as the staff! Thank Y'all so much for the service that you are giving her!

Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing has such a warm and welcoming environment. Every time I visited, the staff greeted me with kindness and made me feel right at home. The facility is always clean which really stood out compared to other places I’ve seen. It’s clear that they truly care about the well-being of their residents. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a safe and supportive place for their loved ones.
