My aunt, Marilyn came to live at Sacred Heart in the memory care about 3 years ago. It was a difficult transition for my aunt and I and from the first day the staff and Carol Blazo were great and eased my aunt into her new living environment as well as helping my brother and I make it as smooth as possible. As these few years have gone by the staff have taken such good care of my aunt. They have her best interest in heart and keep me informed of all situations as they come up. Sacred Heart has put into action a plan of care that includes adjustments needed as Marilyn continues to age and has increasing difficulties. The caregivers are very friendly and kind and Marilyn will say “they are so good to me here” almost every time my husband and I visit. One time Marilyn said to me “I always worried how it would be if I had to go to a facility and now I never thought it would be so good like this” The staff is caring and compassionate and talk kindly to the residents, right down to Dave, the driver of the bus that takes residence to appts. And my aunt thinks that one of the craft/activities room staff is her niece. Sweet!!! My mother lived with me for 12 years and if she were still living and had to move to a facility I would choose Sacred Heart!!!! In February of this year things got increasingly difficult for my aunt both mentally and physically. Sacred Heart and the staff made many appropriate adjustments and did all they could to accommodate her and keep her safe. Unfortunately, My aunt's condition became greater than the care Sacred Heart could have possibly given her and she needed to move to a nursing home. I thank Sacred Heart and all of the staff for all they did for My aunt while she lived there and allowing Marilyn to enjoy her life there. God bless you all at Sacred Heart.

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my 94 year old grandmother. She is thriving, happy, loves her friends and especially BINGO! you are all so attentive, kind, and caring.

Our 94 year old mom has lived at Sacred Heart now for almost a year. She loves going to every activity and meeting new people, a great change from her living alone. The community is large enough for beautiful diversity yet small enough that everyone knows her name. The staff arranged for physical therapy that worked with her insurance plan and recently arranged for additional PT & occupational therapy to help her with a new mobility issue. The dining experience is very positive; she even gained weight! Communication with the medical team has been responsive and understanding. Her spiritual needs are being met, and above all else...she is HAPPY!

Sacred Heart Senior Living in Center Valley is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and compassion that the staff bring to their work every day. The community is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels more like a welcoming home than a facility. The caregivers go above and beyond to make sure every resident is comfortable, respected, and cared for with genuine kindness. The activities and social events keep everyone engaged and active, and the dining options are wonderful—delicious meals served in a cheerful, friendly setting. The management team is also fantastic—always approachable, communicative, and truly dedicated to residents and families alike. It’s clear that Sacred Heart Senior Living is built on compassion and commitment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and uplifting environment for their loved one!

In 2012, Lily moved into Sacred Heart due to her worsening Parkinson’s. She was a stubborn little Italian lady, who was hesitant with the move at first. However; very quickly Sacred Heart became home. She made friends with the residents and developed relationships with the staff providing care for her. At the time, I was a med tech at Sacred Heart. To be able to be part of her care team during those final years is something that is indescribable. I, just like any family member, was very protective over her. I promised her, and my family, that I would always advocate for her and make sure she received top notch care. This was an easy promise to keep thanks to SH. As her Parkinson’s progressed, she eventually started on hospice care within the community. The care and the love that the staff showed her on a daily basis, will never be forgotten. It was such a beautiful thing to be able to witness the love and attention given during those final months, weeks and days. Lily passed away in the middle of the night on February 1st 2014, with staff members at her side. I will forever be grateful for everyone at Sacred Heart for loving her as if she were their own grandmother. ❤️
