Great place! This owner will buy clothes for these residents from her own funds, they have cable, a private phone to call family. Most residents been there over 15 years. I hate to see people lie on her because she works so hard. The review above stated she was sitting with her boyfriend, yet her boyfriend was in the hospital a year ago for months. Sad how people blatantly LIE and others believe it. Also, I see google keeps deleting the positive reviews. You can't be a bad facility and black and still be in business for 25 years. Critical thinking is gone! Keep up the good work. You paid for burials and they need you. God has your back always!

Wowwwwwwwww It Definitely Pays To Read Reviews On Places This Is Sick Bed Bugs And Neglect And Abuse At this Place !!

Oh God where do I start. This place is a disgusting mess. The place has a HUGGEEEEEEE bedbug issue. First thing I saw when I walked in was bedbugs all over the furniture literally in plain sight and an employee putting down rubbing alcohol like it's gonna do anything. while the owner was just sitting there with her boyfriend eating away as if her facility was literally being ate away by the bugs. I even saw a bedbug crawl around on a resident while he was freaking out she still just sat there and told him to go to his room. I walked right out and never returned. I contacted multiple news stations and will be contacting the state on in the morning. Hopefully they shut this place down and send these people back with their families. I know they're struggling. Also watched the owner yell and raise her hand to a resident. apparently she pays them money to clean up the bed bugs and go to the store for her facility and this particular day she didn't pay them & nearly got into a fight with the old man. I can't imagine what it's like living there daily.
