SAGEGROVE AT STALEY HILLS

I rarely give a negative review but anyone looking into putting a loved one into the care of Benton House should seriously reconsider their options. My mom spent less than a year here and it was full of turbulence. I think it stems from poor leadership. The medical director quit. People were fired for smoking pot while on the job, temps are brought in on evening and weekends. My mom complained of certain people mistreating her. It was a terrible experience. There were a few good people mixed in but as a whole, I do not recommend.

Since 2018 I have had positive experiences working with, and referring to, the Benton House of Staley Hills.  Their welcoming community is always a joy to visit and support.  I constantly hear positive feedback from my clients and contacts who either live at Benton House themselves or have a family member living there. Sandy, Michaela, and their team are fantastic!

All of the staff members are incredibly caring and supportive. I couldn't imagine a better situation for Mom. She quickly acclimated to the setting and enjoyed being there. Caregivers were insightful and gently guided us and Mom through hospice. I only wish we had found Benton House sooner.

My Mom has been at Benton House Staley Hills for a year and a half and we are very happy to have chosen this facility. She is well cared for, has great friends and the staff is eager to handle any issue we raise. We like the fact that it is a smaller community where my Mom feels right at home.

My dad has lived at Benton House at Staley Hills for over a year. He loves it! They are family. My sisters and I no longer worry about our dad taking his medications. The staff are loving and thoughtful. The food is great. His apartment is always clean. They take excellent care. I would highly recommend Benton House at Staley Hills.
