Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They speak horribly to family members who call. Additionally, they hire staff who have a poor understanding of the type of care that the individuals in the home need. They ridicule the poor souls that they are supposed to be helping. There is a complete lack of compassion and care. Awful place.
