Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional care our father received while he was a resident at Saucon Valley Manor. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff genuinely care.. The nurses, aides, and support staff treated him with dignity, patience, and compassion, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The level of attentiveness and professionalism was outstanding. They were responsive, kind, and always willing to take the time to explain things or address concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure our father was comfortable, safe, and respected every single day. It truly felt like a community where residents are known, valued, and cared for as individuals. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, but what truly sets Saucon Valley Manor apart is the heart of its people. Knowing our father was in such capable and caring hands meant more to us than words can express. We cannot thank the team at Saucon Valley Manor enough for the compassion, dedication, and high-quality care they provided.

My mother was at the Manor for a few months and was suffering terrible memory loss. The Atiyeh family members were so good to my mom. She suffered a lot and the team at Saucon Valley Manor gave her peace, care, love, and support.

The Lehigh Valley has nothing like the staff and service of Saucon Valley Manor. The care they they provided my family member was dedicated, caring, modern, state of the art, and affordable. A first class senior living facility.

An excellent facility that took care of my mother for several years - through good times and hard times. My mother was so found of the Atiyeh family and all the staff at Saucon Valley Manor. The care was second to none. Prices were affordable. And service was exceptional.

Linda's review below is unfortunately quite similar to my family's experience. Their comments on the lack of shower frequency and laundry build up is correct. Every time we visited my mother-in-law we had to ask for her trash to be changed. I have photos of flies from the trash build up. I also have photos that were taken a week apart showing food on her floor that was never cleaned up. This was supported by a nurse telling us that she has to push the janitor to sweep in farther than the doorway or the president's floors aren't cleaned. We also had the same experience with Nemo. When it comes to needing to reach you a out finances, she's readily available. But when you have a concern or question it takes several outreach attempts for a response and the reply is cold and displays that she lacked taking the time to actually read and respond to your inquiry. As a bonus to this, when my mother-in-law passed there, Nemo never texted/emailed/called, or anything to provide any semblance of a condolence. And we had to reach out several times about reimbursement for the months rent that obviously wasn't going to be used. This place is massively understaffed and the (majority) of staff that they have put on an act when a family visits. When they didn't realize we were still visiting we could hear their real attitudes and they're lack of care about the residents. There are those rare staff that are competent and do care, and to them we were grateful. But my mother-in-law was rarely changed, rarely moved, rarely showered (we had to make multiple complaints of lack of shower when she'd gone 2 weeks without). It was awful to see her there and we felt horrible for the other residents whose families never even visited. If you're able, avoid this place. Anywhere would be better. (My review is based on my experience a year ago. I needed time before reviewing as I was so upset by our experience at the time.) 9/6/25 update. Interesting response. I have no idea who you think i am, but we never went to a magistrate for non-payment. You ended up refunding us some monthly rent due to my mother-in-law's passing. You may want to be careful negating an entire review based on who you think is on the other end. But I'm glad other people reading this will see your careless response.
