Bedbugs, bad food, poor WiFi, no outdoor activities, run down and poorly maintained. Half the aides treat residents as children or nuisances. Supper served at 4:00 p.m. and no food until 8:00 the next morning. Residents get paid late on the tenth. Unhappy place to live or work.
