As a home health care provider, we have the opportunity to work closely with many senior living communities, and our experience with StoryPoint Romeoville has been exceptional. Working alongside with their Director of Nursing and clinical staff (nurses and care partners) is easy and collaborative and they treat outside providers as partners in care, and that level of teamwork makes a meaningful difference for the residents we serve together. We truly appreciate our partnership with StoryPoint Romeoville and look forward to continuing to work together to provide the highest level of care for our shared patients.

My father’s health was failing but he wanted to live with my mom, his wife of 63 years. StoryPointe has the option of independent living with ala carte services for daily care. This was exactly what my family wanted for them. The staff has been kind and caring toward my mother and the care my dad received was compassionate and respectful

Our tour with Crystal was very helpful and we received all the information we needed and more. StoryPoint looks like a lovely community. It was very clean, well cared for, bright and cheerful. They seem to truly care about their residents.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one do yourselves a favor and go take a tour at STORY POINT IN ROMEOVILLE!! ASK FOR PATTI! Patti helped us so much as im sure she did with everyone else that is a resident there, that's why all the residents are so happy. My parents LOVE IT THERE!! They say the feel very comfortable. Its AWSOME to hear my parents say they feel comfortable ☺️

Story Point Romeoville is an upbeat, social environment. The staff is caring and professional. The staff is very interested in the needs of the residents. Suggestions are acted on…name tags, chef demonstrations, rooms for model trains…and quickly. Residents should not feel “trapped”, as there are many outings, shopping trips, excursions offered, if residents choose to engage. Story Point has given me, the daughter, a huge blessing, reducing stress, knowing my parents are well cared for 24 hours each day!
