This community has trials and tribs Like EVERY and I mean EVERY single retirement community has. The bitter comments are sad and unfortunate however as a senior care provider I HAVE a client here and am extremely happy with the overall care and services. My client is a tougher client to deal with and they handle the care needs and communication very well. I'd recommend this community to anyone needing to move from their private home.

We cannot share enough good comments about Mom's time at Senior Suites of Urbandale. The staff GENUINELY CARE for their residents, and this is sadly a rarity in our experience. Regardless of the hour we visited, the caregivers were treating all their residents like family - engaged with them, providing activities, ensuring they have exercise, or rest, or providing a little extra assistance where necessary with day-to-day tasks.
