I had the pleasure of speaking with Stephen Hubeny, Regional Sales & Marketing Director at Serenity Empire! He provided a wealth of information about the facilities at Serenity Empire. He also explained in great detail steps I should take to secure long term care for my mother, who has dementia. He was quite amicable and happy to answer all of my questions! I contacted Serenity Empire on the day my dad was being released from the hospital. There was a lot I needed to navigate in order to transition my dad from his house to a personal care facility. Mrs. Henrietta was God sent, she was so patient and full of compassion for my dad’s situation. She even told me about available resources he potentially qualified for. We went to visit with a short notice. The facility was very clean, staff was helpful and seemed to treat residents like family. My dad has been there for 2 months and although this is an adjustment for him, they continue to go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable.

This place is so cozy and homey. I came here with my mother to check it out and I am completely impressed. It felt welcoming and friendly. The director gave us a tour of the place as well.

The care providers are professionals, excellent, and make the nursing home feel like a family home. The environment is also conducive for easy recovery - my dad just love the services and serene environment. No wonder it is called serenity.
