Shannondale Assisted Living Center

My wife has resided in the Shannondale Assisted Living Center for almost two years. Every requirement is continually met including medication managing, (which is critical), 24-hour supervision & support/7-days a week, plus the myriad specific essential requirements for each Resident. There are varied, abundant activities. The teamwork strengthens each Resident paramount to “individual” care within the ALC population. My wife would not be residing in this ALC if her every requirement was not met by knowledgeable, caring, efficient and a most competent Staff of LPNs, CNAs and Aides guided by the Director of the Center: Mr. Steven Totty, RN who provides dedicated proven leadership values plus respected, admired and duplicated by each Staff member emulating him. This Staff is genuinely Warmhearted, Compassionate and Well Experienced in their chosen profession. The beneficiaries: The Residents! Stan Martin

Shannondale Assisted Living has been the perfect place for my Mom. From the very first phone call, the staff was very responsive and understood our urgency for placement and acted quickly to make it happen. Each staff member that we have encountered has been both kind and helpful. The facility is very clean. They seem to have a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. My mom has enjoyed the variety of food choices, having options at each meal. There is onsite outpatient physical and occupational therapy available which is an added bonus. I can't say enough good things about this facility. Each person that I have met seems very kind and genuinely cares about the residents.
