The Heathers is an exceptional assisted living home. Yes. A home. They treat my mom like family. Their meals are healthy and delicious. They are caring and show respect to all that live there. I am so relieved to have mom there. The staff are professional yet caring. The home is spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Thank you for all you do!

We had our mom at 3 other places. Nothing compares to The Heathers. Our mom was clean, happy and well fed the last year of her life. Haley, Cindy, Krystal and Christine are top notch care givers. They took care of her as if she was their own. The house is well maintained, clean and really is homey compared to the “big” places. We cannot say enough about the care she received and the trust we had in the staff. If you find yourself in this difficult situation Heathers is the place.

Our loved one lived at The Heathers in Ringwood for almost 10 months. It is very clean and feels cozy. The care partners were great. However, I feel there is not enough staff or nursing presence in Ringwood to support Memory Care, which is what we needed. There is a lack of activities in Ringwood and I feel this is critical for memory care. The dining options were not as originally presented. Our loved one suffered a setback, as is common with Alzheimer's. She was unable to walk for a couple of weeks. We were asked to find a more suitable facility for her without offering any opportunity for her to recover. We moved her to a new facility in less than 30 days and she had fully recovered, physically walking out the door as she left. Moving a loved one is extremely difficult and adjusting to a new facility can be very hard. I feel the Heathers is a great Assisted Living facility, but I don't feel they are equipped to handle residents specifically needing Memory Care.

My Mother is at The Heathers Senior Living in Ringwood, IL. I can’t say enough about the care, and the care givers there! This is a wonderful place for your loved ones.Well ran, clean and bright rooms. I highly recommend it! Love this place!
