Sheridan at Park Ridge (The)

The Sheridan Park Ridge is a lovely and wonderful place that takes great care of my mom. All of the staff are amazing and very caring! Highly recommend!!

The staff at Sheridan Park Ridge is truly exceptional. Every team member is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. My dad previously lived at another Senior Lifestyles community, but the level of care he receives here is on a completely different level. The difference is remarkable. Executive Director Tammy DeCounter is amazing—hands-on, smart, welcoming, and truly dedicated. Knowing she’s “running the show” gives us so much confidence. Her weekly newsletters help us feel connected and involved in my dad’s home. Arthur, who leads Memory Care, is outstanding. He is always accessible, attentive, and supportive, whether it’s a big concern or a small detail. Having him as a direct contact for anything regarding my dad’s care has been invaluable. And the facility itself is wonderful; bright, beautiful and well designed and thought out, for both the residents and their visiting families. We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and peace of mind that Sheridan Park Ridge provides our family.

The team at Sheridan Park Ridge Memory Care unit has been absolutely incredible with my father-in-law. From day one they went above and beyond with the move in (more for us!) and to make sure he feels safe, cared for and genuinely loved. The staff treat him like family - with patience, respect and kindness that you just can't fake. They keep us updated and answer every question, and pay attention to all the little things that make such a difference in his daily comfort and happiness. It's been a huge relief knowing he's safe. They have an amazing outdoor space in the Memory Care Unit that makes all the difference!

Great staff! Ashley spent 2 hours with my aunt and I and gave us such attentive care when we toured The Sheridan. She was wonderful about answering all our questions and taking time to discuss concerns. While my aunt has opted to stay in her condo for now, she felt very positive about her experience here.

I’m grateful for the service my grandma has received at the Sheridan. Vivian in particular has been wonderful. She’s a ray of sunshine to the residents and their loved ones visiting. Seriously the most positive and sweet person. She even brought dinner to my mom and aunt when they spent a long day at my grandma’s side. I’m also really impressed by the overall decor of the facility. I walked in the door and was like “Am I in a luxury hotel??” I appreciate them making a beautiful home for their loved ones to spend their days.
