SILVER SPRING PERSONAL CARE HOME

Silver Spring Personal Care Home is a beautiful, modern, and very clean facility with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers good variety, and many staff members are hardworking and dedicated to the residents’ care. Our family member’s transition had some challenges, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. However, management responded with professionalism, grace, and compassion. Their willingness to listen and make improvements speaks volumes about their commitment to quality care. Overall, Silver Spring is a well-run community, and I would recommend it to families looking for a caring and comfortable place for their loved ones.

My 100 year old mother has stayed here numerous times while my husband and I travel. She loves it and we are happy that she is safe and well cared for. The food is good and the facility is clean. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !

My parents have been at Silver Spring since April. I was at once impressed with the facility. It’s beautiful, light and bright and at the same time feels very welcoming. There are also great outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy. The staff has been wonderful.My parents get great care. The whole of the Neidlinger family are extremely involved with making it an amazing place. They have been incredibly helpful to my family and are on site daily interacting with everyone and giving a personal touch. There are tons of activities and special guests coming in to engage the residents. I can’t say enough good about Silver Spring. It’s not like any other facility I’ve ever experienced and I have great peace of mind having family there.

Silver Spring is not like most personal care homes, not only is it a beautiful facility, it is also very warm and welcoming. They have many activities for the residents to participate in, for example they have bingo every weekend, arts and crafts, and events for the public to come to as well. The activity director does an amazing job planning and coordinating all events. Me and my children have attended multiple events at the home and they always want to go back and visit every chance they get. The owners are very involved and are always there socializing and helping where needed. It is not often that you see this. Owners who care so much about the residents and not the check. The staff is super helpful and encouraging as well. My daughter’s favorite event was the “trunk or treat” event, she was more concerned with talking to the residents than she was candy! Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a warm welcoming easy transition to a personal care home for a loved one!

This place is absolutely The Best. Our 93 year old relative has been here since last March '23. This place is beautiful, with a very caring staff and an exceptional Activities Director. The owners are there frequently and know and care about each resident. They really care about the people, and it shows. The food is very good, high quality and the residents can select what they like from the menu. I highly recommend Silver Spring Personal Care Home.
