This place reeks of urine when you walk in the door. Marlaina is very helpful always has a warm smile and generous welcome. Nursing staff doesn’t care about residents. All the years my aunt has been there only one housekeeper actually cleaned her room. I believe she said her name is Ashlei. She went above and beyond as a housekeeper. This place has a lot of work that needs to be done and the state needs to be involved.

It has been over a month but Lauren was excellent with helping my aunt move in. She was and still is very nervous moving out of her home of 70 years. She really helped alleviate her concerns and make my aunt feel comfortable. This is an adjustment and there are various personalities that can create confusion but I know she is in a better place.

Silver Springs has done a very good job with a family member who is still there. Lauren and Wanda have been great to deal with from the very first day. They are very attentive, always respond quickly, and are on top of everything that is needed whether the issue is big or small. They are very competent and really care about the work that they do. The entire staff communicates very well and they are very professional. Bayada and Suburban Geriatrics work very closely with Silver Springs and provide excellent healthcare services as well.

My experience with Silver Springs of East Norriton. I have lived and worked in this community for many years - 25 of those years my parents resided with myself and my husband ( 1 yr in our home then in an In-Law suite added to our home in 2000). At their advanced age of 88 and 90 it became imperative they be placed in assisted living due to some health issues. It was important to me that the transition would be smooth, quick with the least amount of disruption to their lives in November of 2024. Working with Lauren Wittig on this was extremely comforting. She was compassionate and worked diligently to get my parents into a beautiful 1 bedroom unit very quickly. They settled into a new routine quite easily. All the staff has been very attentive and friendly from nursing, front desk concierge to dining staff and housekeeping. Unfortunately my mom passed away in April. I requested my dad be moved to a studio room ( as to help him with adjusting ) and once again Lauren worked quickly to make this possible. There is an activity/entertainment schedule daily, I wanted to place my parents in a facility where I could feel comfortable that their needs would be met medically, physically and emotionally, also that I could communicate with staff should I have a need or concern. I can say that Silver Springs at East Norriton has met my expectations. Thank You

Our loved one has been living here for just over 6 months. Though it was quite a big change for him, as for anyone, he has adjusted quite well. The staff are wonderful and whenever we have questions or minor issues with anything, they are very communicative, kind and polite. The environment is clean and pleasant. After viewing several assisted living facilities, We are happy that we chose Silver Springs. I now have a long time friend in memory care there. The staff treats her very well. Time and time again, I witness the compassion and kindness from the staff. Thank you for all that you do!
