Auberge of Lake Zurich took excellent care of our mother for almost 2 1/2 years. Their entire staff is caring, compassionate, and professional. They treated our Mother with respect and dignity throughout her stay. The facility specializes treating individuals that suffer from Alzheimer’s / dementia and are very sensitive to their individual needs. The end of life care they provide was an important factor when our family selected Auberge for our mother. We also want to thank the nurses, Amanda and Jessica who helped our mother transition in her final days. They were empathetic and professional while taking care of our mother and we will be forever grateful.

Auberge is a lovely homelike community. Staff are wonderful, residents are happy and welcoming. The suites are cozy and warm with state of the art lighting and private bathrooms.

I love the people who say this place is great. I spent 8 hrs a day there because there is no care. Don't be disillusioned. If u spend time there u will see. How can anyone get a shower when there is one person in the house and who is watching the rest of the people while a shower is given NOBODY. They have agency a lot. Meds are never correct. Terrible place

This facility is extremely inadequate; avoid placing your loved one here if you want proper care. The neglect is alarming—there are no showers, no diaper changes, and no assessments of changes in condition, especially for those exhibiting dementia symptoms. You have to plead for medication, and when you get it they give you the wrong medication . For $8,000 a month, this is the service you get. The management is poor, with no one available to provide information, and there are no doctors or nurses on site. Spare yourself the stress and sorrow—look for a different place.

I am so happy with The Auberge at Lake Zurich. The entire staff has shown nothing but kindness and compassion. They go above and beyond to make this place feel like home and to care for your loved one. The sales director, Andrea, helped me immensely at the very start of this process and she continues to do whatever she can to assist. The caregivers, nurses, housekeepers and chefs take the time to get to know the families and they always make us feel welcome. It is a cheerful environment that is always very clean. We cannot thank them enough for the loving care that they provide each and every day. Grateful to have found this place.
