Silverado Highland Park

As a music educator, I have had the pleasure of bringing my students to Arbor Terrace in Highland Park many times to perform for the residents. It is truly a beautiful and high-quality assisted living center, but what stands out most is the atmosphere. It is a warm, friendly, and vibrant place where I always feel welcome and deeply appreciated. The residents appear genuinely happy and well-cared for, which makes performing here such a joy. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring and engaging environment for their loved ones.

What an exceptional faculty. The staff is top notch. Yaya, Jocelyn, Rachel and a list goes on. The employees become like family while your family member resided here. Arbor Terrace is a special place and will always hold a dear spot in our hearts. If you have the option to be a Arbor Terrace resident you are lucky. One thing that needs to be resolved. We had a staff member steal an iPad from our family members room. How can this be resolved?

For more than 25 years, I have been an entertainer for dozens of senior living venues throughout the Chicagoland area on an ongoing basis(3 - 4 times annually at each venue). Among the best(if not THE BEST) that I have seen during my career is Arbor Terrace in Highland Park. Every time I visit to perform for their residents, I'm struck by how bright and clean it is and how happy the residents are! The conscientious staff has a great work ethic and is very well-organized, highly professional and pleasant. They are truly dedicated and attentive to their residents' needs and constantly demonstrate that they take their work seriously. Indeed, it is obvious that they deeply care about their seniors(which is very refreshing compared to the apathy I often encounter at many other senior living venues). Suffice it to say that I highly recommend Arbor Terrace Highland Park to anyone seeking a wonderful, caring home for their loved one(s)!

Our mother moved to town knowing no one, and thanks to the phenomenal staff, she was quickly welcomed into the community. Arbor Terrace carefully evaluated her needs, placed her in the right program, and she has truly thrived. Three years later, she continues to receive exceptional mental and physical care in a spotless facility, supported by professionals who genuinely love her. She smiles every day, stays active, and feels completely at home. We couldn’t ask for a better living environment.
