Nothing less than exceptional care is given to the residents of Woodlands Creek! To the above average food to the incredible service all around, the events and socials they hold to give everyone the option to get out and socialize with one another. I can’t forget how after the remodel last year the place looks better than ever! I wouldn’t think to pick anywhere else for my loved ones. Everyone goes above and beyond and I couldn’t thank the staff of Woodlands enough for all they do!

I can't imagine a better place for my grandmother to reside; the space is beautiful, clean, updated. The staff feels like family with how much they care for all residents, take the time to offer such wonderful activities, great food, etc. Anyone who works with the elderly population are real life angels & it shows so much in how the residents love where they live. I can't recommend this place enough!

This facility is beautifully decorated with so many amenities and community perks. I have been nothing but impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and genuine kindness from the staff. It is definitely a very warm and welcoming community!

I visited this facility recently, and I would like to say the staff was invaluable. You can tell not only that they are experienced but also that they really care about their residents. A staff member named Elissa showed me around. The remodel is so lovely! Very thoughtful designs that have brought Iowa culture into the warm and welcoming facility.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living facility. To start, the care staff is absolutely exceptional. It is evident that the staff love and care about their residents as if they were their own family. Every single day the care staff go above and beyond their jobs to make the most out of the residents experience. Elissa is so easy to talk to while learning about the different levels of care. She knows all her information! She is warm, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Management does a phenomenal job at keeping the place running smoothly. Kristine and Kathy always make sure to address any conflicts in a timely manner. They are incredibly friendly and genuinely make you feel like you are part of a family. Housekeeping is AMAZING. They are so thorough with their jobs. Every time I walk into the building it is absolutely spotless. I genuinely feel like residents are truly care for. I HIGHLY recommend Woodlands Creek.
